20 minutes for one drink!!! I came in Sunday and I ordered a pink drink and I’m waiting, waiting waiting nothing. There were 15 drinks on the counter and nobody was picking them up. These were all take out orders and that’s all these kids cared about was making the take out orders. There was another woman who said she had waited a half hour and they messed up her order 3 times. Never going back here even there it’s convenient
Update 4/15/23: this is now the second time that the “workers” here have messed up and disrespected me. I went in today to pick up a mobile order, I know last review said never coming back, but I was in the area for a party. I’m standing at the pickup table and the “3-4 workers”, walked past me about a dozen times and not a single one of them acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help, if I was looking for an order nothing. Then why I try and get someone’s attention I’m told I’m being disrespectful. Are you kidding me? I was standing there for about 10 minutes being ignored and I’m being disrespectful.    Read moreThey are very very slow and always out of something. Want a pumpkin spiced latte? They are out of pumpkin syrup. Want a peppermint mocha? They are out of peppermint. Want almond milk? Nope. They don’t have it “today”. And I don’t get coffee all that often. I would say in the last 2 months I have gotten coffee maybe 10 times, and at least half of those times they weren’t able to fulfill the order because some ingredient wasn’t available. Not to mention that in comparison with other Long Island Starbucks locations, this one is extremely slow. If you’re in a hurry, you’ll be sorry you placed an order here. Especially since there is absolutely no cell service in this shopping center and their Wi-Fi can be really spotty so you won’t be able to communicate to anyone that you’re stuck there. There is one woman who usually works in the afternoon and weekends who after you order tells you to “stand against the wall.” This is new since the pandemic and obviously it’s a rule she and she alone has created. It’s also demeaning and wrong and someone should tell her to stop. It is a corporate owned store and this is not a corporate mandate.
