My daughter spotted this place and wanted to buy Italian ices. We pulled up and went to the door to find out it was closed, and they had a sign that states they should be open at 12 (guessing due to the holiday). The owner was in his car and told me I saw how excited your daughter was and I couldn't allow myself to not serve her ice cream. He opened the shop and gave her the ice cream she asked for and wouldn't accept the money for it. I thought that was amazing and you barely find business owners that go to that extent now a days. Ordered an ice for pick up , was completely melted. Rude staff and filthy atmosphere. I requested that they re do the order and I was cursed at and completely offended. Would not recommend this Ralph’s there’s a better one in Huntington village....
