Ralph’s Famous Italian Ice. & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

My daughter spotted this place and wanted to buy Italian ices. We pulled up and went to the door to find out it was closed, and they had a sign that states they should be open at 12 (guessing due to the holiday). The owner was in his car and told me I saw how excited your daughter was and I couldn't allow myself to not serve her ice cream.
