I was a bit apprehensive about getting a bite to eat here after seeing all the negative reviews but glad that I am a see for yourself type of person. On the day of my visit : There were about seven other folks there when we got there. We were greeted and seated immediately. Shortly after we were given menus and placed our drink orders, drinks came quick and the tap beer was perfectly cold. The waitress was pleasant and returned within a good time to take our food order. Darbys is great, food is always consistent, and is one of our go-to's for takeout, but Brian the GM is an AMAZING person. I'm allergic to blue cheese, and long story short, my order was delivered with blue cheese. He not only refunded me, but personally delivered our replacement order and refused our appreciation tip. He went completely and utterly out of his way to not only correct the order but make the situation right. We sat at a booth because I have back issues that prohibit me from climbing up onto a high barstool, the only other choice. We ate lukewarm food. We were asked if we were going to stay for the band. We said yes. A few minutes later the waitress said that table had a reservation for 8:00 and we would have to take a spot at the bar. I told her I was unable to .
