I placed two online orders and when I went to pick them up which I thought should be super quick the line was as usual backed all the way out to Route 9 and after waiting for literally almost 20 minutes no exaggeration I arrived at the window only to be handed the wrong order. The cashier then had the gall to ask me if I was sure of what I ordered. I was really quite shocked because I know what I ordered and tried to show her on my mobile app what I wanted but she seemed very flustered and she closed the window and came back with another woman who seemed equally as flustered and I explained I just wanted my order and how I'd already been there 25 minutes and the line was not getting any shorter so they might want to step it up. I then said I was going to just let my bank handle giving me my refund because the woman who had come over I assume she was manager but she sure didn't act the part had in her hand a bunch of crumpled up papers she picked up from the trash and she didn't seem to know her right from her left. I was feeling very bad for the other poles who were stuck on this line as long as me and I just wanted to be done. Even on days that I'm just passing by and not going in the line is out to Route 9. I can't understand why they can't get it together. That was my last straw with them because the last three times I went my order was wrong every time so now it's just a done deal I guess I'll go over...
Read moreLast Thursday my mom and I came to dunkin, mind you we have been coming to this dunkin FOR YEARS. We order donuts and SPECIFICALLY 2 sweetened iced teas. As we’re being given the teas we notice one is darker than the other. We pull away and pull into the lot and taste the one… I am a heavy coffee drinker and as soon as I tasted it I knew it was black coffee with NO ICE. Just black coffee… we go to return and get a new one. Also on this day when we were ordering the girl who took our order seemed like she was high on something. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times for only 4 items. Today I go back and ask for hash browns, 2 bagels, donuts, and a LARGE SWEET TEA ONCE AGAIN. I had to repeat myself more than once because it was the same girl. She proceeds to ask me after I order the sweet tea if I want it hot or iced? Are you kidding? Long story short I get my food and half of it it there and I had to ask for the rest. I get the tea immediately noticed the color and tasted it and it was GREEN TEA UNSWEETENED. Read moreOne of the better looking Dunkins. However, this does excuse the poor customer service I’ve experienced here. On three separate occasions they have messed my order up. One time they forgot the bacon I asked for. The next time they forgot to add the butter on the side. When I asked for it the woman says “you need to pay for it” uhhhh well I did and it’s on the ticket. This last time was the final straw. I now check my orders before leaving the store. I noticed that the butter was missing. I asked for it. I had two bags for my order. I give her the bag with the proof that I paid for the butter on side (completely ridiculous that you need to pay for it btw) the first thing she tells me is that “this is your donut” well no kidding! I was showing you the receipt proving that I paid for it! Next I needed to take all of my food out of the bag and show her my bagel. I mean come on! Over a butter packet.
