2 Ton Tony's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

I usually don't ever write reviews but I have to let you kno about my experience here. If I can give 0 stars I will. The pizza shop is right next door to DMV which is very convenient if u are waiting n get hungry. I've always came here n they have pretty good pizza but last week The owner Tony was very rude n tried to embarrass me in front of customers. I ordered a Slice of pepperoni pizza. When I got it it smelled burnt n notice it had alot of burnt pieces on the bottom of it. Probably from them not cleaning n scrapping there oven properly.I went to the front n said excuse me this pizza has a really strong burnt smell n burnt pieces on the bottom can I please get another slice bcuz this one was basically black on the bottom. I can see the frustration on his face but he took it n said ok. I waited for about 8 minutes n then he said here u go. Can u believe he gave me the same burnt pizza. Wow so I said excuse me sir is this the same exact pizza bcuz it had the same exact black burnt pieces under n on the cheese. So I said can u please just give me another different slice bcuz I don't wanna taste burnt pieces on my pizza. So Mr.Tony said how about if I give u your money back n you get out. Smh omg in my 30 years of life I never been embarrassed in front of people like that. I said why can't you just give me another slice I already paid for it n been waiting long enough and he said no you can just get out n have a nice day so that's exactly what I did. I will never step foot in this place bcuz he was very rude n refuse to give me a normal slice of pizza. I told all my family n friends about my experience this day n I don't recommend this place to anyone bcuz you don't treat your customers rude like he did me. Again first time this ever happened n it was horrible No Matter what kind of day your having if your running a business you should learn how to treat n talk to customers bcuz at the end of the day we are the ones spending money on this place.. I hope ya can take my experience n not...

My fiance and I were invited to dinner at her mom's place, where she was serving pizza from another establishment (silly woman), so I thought we would compliment the dinner with some wings. I've never had 2 Ton Tony's wings before, but the place is right on the way to mom's house so I placed an order online and prepaid. I also requested a specific pick-up time a couple hours later. I ordered 2 15-count orders, one mild and one sweet. I arrive at the pizzeria exactly at my requested time and Boom!, my wings were in the process of being put in the trays and bagged. After ordering several hours earlier my order was delivered hot out of the fryer. OK, that's point #1. I take my order to the car and the first thing I said to my fiance was the young lady at the counter was the friendliest, sweetest gal ever! I came into contact with a couple other employees who were also very friendly. But I'll say it again, the young lady at the counter was exceptional! That's point #2. We take our wings to supper and they are an unqualified hit! Everyone loved them. None of us are particularly fond of extreme hot sauce so the mild was perfect for our crowd. But I gotta tell ya the sweet sauce was so freaking good, like nothing I have ever tasted before (and I'm 60+; I've been eating wings a very long time). That's point #3! Three for three, that's what they call batting a thousand. And that means I'll be back again and again. Thank you 2 Ton Tony's! Great job!...

2 Ton Tony's has THE best pizza in the Rochester, NY/Monroe County area hands down. The perfect sauce is truly married to their impeccable dough. The owners spend a lot of time keeping their staff happy and cordial...ALWAYS the most courteous service in the area as well!! Very classy service from some very pleasant, hard working people.

I live out of the area...and when I return to visit, I always have to make at least one stop there to get my pizza fix on!!!! Any bad review on here is obviously some other issue ---take some weird pleasure or affinity for leaving bad reviews for (in this case). a great local business! Disregard and go find out for yourselves! Yummy, yummy food. :-) I cannot wait to come back to Rochester and hit Irondequoit for some...
