Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

Everytime I come here there is an attitude with staff or they pit French vanilla in my coffee rather than vanilla bean. But I decided to put my review in today due to what happened with my boyfriend who is a shiftleader for another store so he knows how everything is and stuff and I used to work for another stire myself.

He ordered a small frozen mint hot chocolate in which the crew member responded, we don't have thin mint. He responded by saying the mint chocolate powder in the machine is what he wanted. The crew member put it in as a normal frozen coffee and proceded to make it as a normal frozen hot chocolate.

When my boyfriend went up to talk to the crew member, who had no nametag, she said we dont have the powder without even checking the hot chocolate machine. If she had said that at the beginning of the order when my boyfriend ordered he wouldve gotten something else.

Me and boyfriend both have alot of experience with handling weird orders at our stores, with my prior experience in fast food and dunkin cause I consider dunkin a fast coffee place, but if you ask to do that at his store, east ave, they would make it and be very complient no matter how busy. Even before I met my bf they were super fast and had my order right 90% of the hundreds of times I went there. And I should as a consumer be able to expect that at all dunkin. We shouldnt say we work in dd to have good service.

Its an often occurance to stop and grab coffee on my way to work. It happened to be an eight hour shift on Mother's Day (I'm a mother of 3). So basically, my treat to myself to get into the celebratory mood in a less than ideal situation. I went through the drive through after waiting the few extra minutes I had until work. I was told that they wouldn't put almond milk in my frozen Dunkin coffee so they didn't have to clean the blender. I get coffee here all of the time, mind you. I explain all of this to them and the woman was very nasty to me. I explained that I didn't have time to go somewhere else for coffee because I already waited in their drive through line. Again, was told they couldn't wash the blender out for me and was very rude and unsympathetic. When I asked for the woman's name to figure out everything after work, she refused to give it to me. Im allergic to lactose. And I went about my way to a 8 hour shift, on mothers dsy, coffeeless. I don't understand why it would have been so hard to clean the blender like every other Dunkin donuts does that offers a non dairy option. I even offered to pay extra and to mix the almond...

I used to come here all the time, the service I just experienced was unreal. I asked for one thing and when I get something I didn't order and even the receipt states I didn't order, the server looks at me like I did something wrong. Honestly I was shocked and just let her know that's not what I ordered and she said a the name of the drink that was on there and I told her it wasn't the right one, she got upset and threw the drink and mumbled about how I couldn't just take the drink. I just didn't want the drink that wasn't what I paid for, normally I don't care but this is the only drink I get from dunkin. Also they had several food safety and sanctions issues from not using or changing gloves to food infested with flies, when looking at their donuts you could see 6-8 flies on each of their donuts, which can cause food...
