Placed a mobile order at 6:45pm. Arrived to the location five minutes later. I was second in line and waited about 10 minutes behind a truck at the window. Got to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes. One of the workers was inside yelling at people and had airbuds in as well. The window opened and the worker did not say a word to me when I said hello to her. She handed me a drink with the soda dripping down all the sides. Then my meal bag was handed to me. I drove and got onto sunrise highway. Took a fry out and they were stone cold. Unwrapped my cheeseburger. The ketchup was so heavily put o it was oozing out all sides of the burger and the buns were covered in it . Alas, there were no napkins in the bag, so I had to lick my hands like an animal while driving down the road. Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever gone to (this was me giving them another chance after having a long wait time before). Tried to request a refund and Burger King will only give a credit- so I can't even have my money back as I will NEVER go to this location again. Why spend my money on a place who does not care...

On 5/31, I came to this store to buy things, and then my car was hit by someone. I wanted the store to check the video for me. I came three times, and the employee said they would find a manager. As a result, on the third day, a person who said he was the store manager came without a name tag and told me to find the general manager. In fact, it was a very simple matter, but they had to make it so complicated and find a lot of excuses. No one ever answered the general manager's phone. They also asked me to call the company. I had to ask the head of the head office for approval to check a ten-second video. These managers have no sense of responsibility at all. This service attitude can only make people feel disgusted. Completely understandable that’s a new location but most corporate places make sure they have people that are halfway competent so that orders are getting done right. Today was my 3rd and last time I’ll go !!! 1st breakfast 2nd day opened lil cold no biggie. 2nd time $30 order nothing was rite nuggets were cold dried up & missing ffs , wraps made wrong & burgs !! That’s ordered put in garbage!! Tonight ran in quick because of convenience. Try to give them another shot. 3 strikes you’re done. I asked what was on the sandwich when they told me and I explained plain with just cheese had food allergy , he said OK. 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich repeated the order to him. He said yes, all good hands me the order and I get home to the entire order wrong again.!! Terrible...
