Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Awful experience. The woman who works there since it was dunkin is the worst- she always gets orders wrong and is rude.

I ordered on the app a sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg. I go in to pick it up 5 mins later and they hadn’t started it. I wait and when she rudely throws it on The counter I look to make sure correct. It has Extra egg. I told her it was No egg and she argued with me and gave me attitude. She then remade it but Didn’t toast the English muffin and the sausage was barely warm. She never apologized or was nice. Picture so people know who to avoid to make their food.

This Tim Hortons is in a gas station. This is the first time there and we ordered a ham and swiss on cibata, and a turkey bacon Cesar on toasted cibata. Was really surprised on the size of the sandwiches and the prices. Good size and great price. The only thing was we were asked if we wanted a combo meal or just the sandwich. When we said combo we were told there isn't a combo. We sat there scratching our head as the three workers discussed if they had combo meals. Will definitely go back for the sandwich so much better...

Often slow and misses the mark- worse than before though, when I arrived the girl at the counter couldn't find my mobile order even though it was on the display flashing behind her. She then took forever to make my order, and for my Turkey Bacon Club she made it with Ham instead of Turkey, and no bacon. She also made my girlfriend an iced coffee instead of a latte.
