The customer service was terrible. I called before i went asking if they had reclining sofas by flexsteel. The woman told me they were a flexsteel gallery and had plenty. They have 2 reclining sofas on display and catalogs. When i asked about one i was interested in he told me he wouldn't tell me a price because it was made in china and i should buy the american made one. If you represent a company as a gallery i think you should sell the product regardless. the guy was unbearable and could barely speak english. i had to tell him the name of the collection 3 times.
