Cheap, sticky painted tables, a/c broken. The place was a yucky, humid, suffocating steambath

Why is there Spanish music, and a woman who can't speak nor understand English at the front, supposedly taking orders?! I guess you have to pay more than minimum wage, for someone that understands English and has the ability to take orders. Italians are my people. Italian food is my thing, to relax with on the weekend. If I wanted music I didn't understand, I would go to a Mexican or Spanish restaurant. When you are further out on the island in Suffolk, restaurant quality is always a gamble.

Service was slow, clumsy, incompetant including disposing of our leftovers but was efficient to remedy their faux paus. Not sure if most of the staff worked anywhere before, let alone a food establishment. The vegan calzone was undercooked with solid cheese. The vegan garlic bread was undercooked and not crisp. The vegan alfredo sauce was watery, completely lacking in flavor. Quality vegan butter and vegan parm was sorely needed for both dishes. The zeppoles too huge and round to ever be crispy. The vegan sausage was tasty.

Prices on menu range from the same to a 65% increase but no one tells you or apologizes when you find out! The same insolent, curly haired, know-nothing guy also wanted to charge me for powdered sugar! That's the straw that breaks this...

This is the worst restaurant in the area. Olga front cashier has terrible business acumen , service and professionalism . I order on Uber eats and paid extra for special instructions.They completely messed up my order I drove to the store to have the order remade . She argued with me about I ordered the wrong item which I did not . Presented facts and showed the food description on my phone . Olga proceeded to hold my phone and I told her I would like my phone back . She asked why , I told her it’s my property and I do not want her holding my phone . Olga then stated she wanted the phone so she can make the changes for the next customer . I proceeded to tell her to do that on her own time and not with my property . She completed messed up my order again where the pasta was soggy , sauce was watery .

Do not support business , kitchen is also dirty and workers do not speak standard English to communicate...

Really enjoyed the vegan Margherita pizzette! The dough is really good and my non vegan friend really enjoyed it as well. The vegan eggplant parmigian dinner was really good as well. There's no vegan menu but the staff had no problem stating how many of the meals could be made vegan. June 2023 update : I've gone two more times and there's a vegan menu now! However the cheese that I had in the vegan eggplant parm roll was quite yellow. Resembled cheddar cheese color. My vegan baked Ziti in May had an odd taste too it too. February 2024 update : came here two more times and the staff is super nice and friendly but there was delays with orders both days (months apart). And today I had, what I am 98% sure, was dairy cheese on my eggplant parmigian, that I clearly ordered vegan and the staff repeated "vegan" back to me. I didn't ask because I didn't want to waste the food, but vegan cheese melts...
