Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Wednesday night around 9pm, myself along with 2 of my friends came into the store go get the new cappuccino blast. While one staff member help my friends out while other young lady was just back and frot from the back to the front not making my order. My friends were cash out and already drinking there shakes when the staff member that help my friend,went an made my order. As she was making it,the not so helping young lady just came to cash my order out. I have the baskin robin app and had a $4 off a large cappuccino blast, as you pressed redeemed there is a timer, All of a sudden she left cashing and went to the back and didn't return for a few minutes in which my promotional discount timer had run out. When she came back,she asked for the phone to scan the code, then turns to me oh your coupon has expired. I told her what she did leaving the transaction and going to the back just to look at her phone. Instead of correcting the mistake, ALL I GOT WAS HER ROLLING HER EYES AND A NASTY ATTITUDE SAYING YOUR COUPON IS EXPIRED AND YOUR TOTAL IS DUE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO A STORE THAT HAS UNPROFESSIONAL...

I walked over to this location hoping to get a latte at 8:20 pm on 2/8/2022. To my surprise the door was locked while the staff saw me standing outside and looked at each other signaling they were closed. I looked over and said it's not 9pm and was then ignored by both staff members there. They stared over and waited for me to leave. It's very upsetting the poor service and customer skills people hired these days offer. This is a corporate business and should do BETTER. Do not have open and close times if you will do as you please. The sign specifically says 9pm so to be closed more than 30 minutes before is absurd to me, I would understand 8:55 however it was not the case. I walked in to Order coffee and the employee (a young girl) said “I’ll be with you in one second.” Me and 2 others stood at the counter for over 5 min while she made to go orders. Another employee (older man) walked over to refill the donuts and told the girl that she has customers waiting in which she replied “I know I told them to wait a second.” She then proceeded to walk over and grab another ticket to do another to go order while we still stood there. After finally giving up, we turned around to walk out and I asked the employee if we want our order made do we have to order online and she said “ yeah if you want.”This location is extremely rude and unprofessional and I recommend you use any other location.
