Stuff-A-Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I'm only putting 1 star because it doesn't have 0 stars .. Asian man very rude. I had long brown strands of hair in my bagel and he gets an attitude with me & yelled what do i want him to do ? 😒 🤦 UNSANITARY !!!! He clearly had someone there with long brown hair making the sandwiches so he knows i was not making it up or plant it there myself, but Learn Customer Service. I understand sometimes mistakes happen . Have your cooks wear hair nets & apologize to me, ask me what can be done to make this right. Offer me a coffee on the house, offer me a breakfast sandwich on you the next time or just simply be nice about it smile & apologize and offer to make a new sandwich just to name a few suggestions... i had to drive back there a 2nd time, what are you yelling at me for ??? I have ordered a number of egg sandwiches from stuff a bagel in east Islip since the new ownership and have not once been satisfied with the outcome. My husband and I ordered two sandwiches on Saturday morning, one was bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the other egg whites bacon and cheese on a wheat bagel with ketchup. It was by far the messiest, greasiest meal ever and both of us didn't even finish them. The egg were all chopped up and fell off the bagel, ketchup everywhere and the bagel was greasy to the touch. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened, but I keep returning assuming it will get better, but since it doesn't we will NOT be returning customers in the future. Used to be my favorite place growing up but it's gone downhill which is a shame because its fairly close to home. I figured I'd give it another chance after being disappointed about a year ago.

Both of my orders were wrong and I caught them making the one wrong and had them correct it and they still gave me the wrong order somehow, I'd be fine with it but paid double what I normally would since I was supposed to get a sandwich and got a very bland doughy generic tasting sesame bagel. There are better places around, Pat's Supermarket even has better bagels.

The store is mostly ran by kids now with no leadership. I don't blame the young staff because they don't really know better, management/ownership should be aware and more involved to make this place...
