KFC — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Slow service paired with getting both of my separate orders on different days wrong. I don't know whether the staff is just slacking off on the daily, or if there really is a communication problem among them. Pair that with the drive thru and it's ridiculous. Was sitting in front of the microphone for over 5 minutes until someone came on and took my order. There was only 1 guy in front of me. What was with the hold up?

Not going to 1 star the place because it is the only KFC I know around this area, but man...I do hope they pick up the slack. Maybe I'm just having bad luck every time I go there. Totally overpriced and overrated, not to mention rude staff!! The Saucy Nuggets are ridiculously overpriced, $5.99 for 5 in NY and they're not even BIG!! Wendy's Saucy Nuggz are WAY BETTER and you can get a 10 piece for less than KFC's 5 piece. Also, they don't have regular buffalo flavour. The option that mentions Buffalo has a sweetness to it. Wendy's has better portions, prices and flavour options. Also the staff was very rude and wasn't helpful at all when I was inquiring about certain flavours and items. They seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to have a question. Will not be returning unless there's a really good (yet scarce) coupon or something like that.. I mean they don't even have CHEESE anymore to add to the chicken...

They always closing early lmao and if u come during business hours just to save a few minutes they won’t answer the drive thru lol it’s very annoying then I come an hour before they close and ask for a 10$ share chicken deal and they tell me they don’t have chicken????
