Hannaford — Local services in Town of Kingsbury

Hannaford 3758 Burgoyne Avenue Hudson Falls NY 12839 around 12:32pm today December 7, 2022 with my husband and my 4 year old twin boys. We first went to use bathroom and the store manager along with five other employees where blocking the path to the bathroom. I said excuse me and they all give a look like I’m in the wrong. I then went on shopping after the bathroom break. I only had like 20 minutes to get what we need. so that my husband can get back to work. A female employee came up and told me that there where a lot of customers complaining that the boys are too loud. My response was they are babies they are not screaming they are not being rude to anyone. They are not causing any safety concerns. so what would you like me to do about? She said I already spoke to my manger they can’t have that in the store. I then took my cart up to the front desk. I then got the babies out of the cart and left my stuff right in the cart. so I’m posting this to let the world know that apparently if your kids are to loud and laughing that you are not able to shop must be a law I have never herd off. not everyone can afford to get a babysitter just to get groceries. I called customer complaints. you will never get me to purchase anything from that store advice to those who have children apparently never take your kids shopping at...

This is easily the best place in Hudson Falls to get your shopping done. We regularly drive 20 minutes to this Hannaford, rather than the Price Chopper in 5 minutes down the road.

The staff is friendly, but not overbearing. They're capable of checking out lines in swift orderly fashions; even when dealing with packed carts.

For a smaller Hannaford they still manage to stock a good selection of products. The pharmacy is also a plus.

My only real qualm is with the produce department. I've regularly gotten veggies that are less than prime, even after some digging. The fruit tends to be expensive, too.

This Hannaford boasts a fair selection niche options. Lots of Gluten Free, organic, lactose free, and kosher products; should you seek anything like that.

Overall, the HF Hannaford is the way to go if you need groceries...

The store is always clean and stocked. The produce is great, never had a problem before. The meat is fantastic quality. Prices are not as good as say Walmart but they make up for that with quality. The staff are all friendly and you even see managers helping bag groceries as they all work together. The bakery is awesome. Very accommodating and fresh desserts. Sometimes I'll find rarer products here that I cannot find in a large grocery store. There are always cats ready and avaliable by the doors. The bottle redemption area is kept clean and odor free. The pharmacy on the other hand is a joke. Won't even...
