I just finished an absolutely delicious scallops dinner, made with scallops that I bought from the Liberty Fish Market. They were out of this world, and the gentleman behind the counter gave me excellent tips on how to cook them. I've also bought lobster there, also absolutely delicious. The store is immaculate and everything is so fresh. We are very fortunate to have the Liberty Fish Market in our area, and I will definitely be back. Mmmmm, scallops! Out of this world!

Delicious PEI mussels which went into my recipe for pasta which includes: Tomato Arugula Garlic (fresh mashed) Olive Oil Peccorino cheese and LOTS OF MUSSELS. ==== PEI Mussel Chowder / Billi Bi Chicken stock Cubed potatoes Chopped celery Clam Juice Boiled mussels Mix flour, olive oil, milk, butter and peccorino romano until smooth. I love this place. You will too! They have a great grocery with spices and sauces you wonโ€™t find anywhere else in little Sullivan county. They also make some of the best sushi around. My personal favorite is the amazing bulgogi sub that they make. Itโ€™s enormous and delicious. Oh did you say you need a beautiful orchid? They have you covered!

I love this place. You will too! They have a great grocery with spices and sauces you wonโ€™t find anywhere else in little Sullivan county. They also make some of the best sushi around. This place is a gem in a generally under-resourced small town. The owner personally visits the Fulton Fish Market twice or three times a week to restock, and is clearly knowledgeable about fish.

Always ready to descale or fillet your purchase, and with plenty of recommendations for preparation if you ask.
