Chinese takeout with minimal seating if you wish to eat in under the bright florescent lights. Our last visit we were surprised when our order took 25 minutes, usually we have to wait 45 minutes to an hour.
Food is average. Skimpy on the meat in all the different dishes we have tried. Wish I could say that there's at least one dish that stands out.
Price is moderate. About 1 out of 5 orders are incorrect or missing something. One time they forgot to include our rice. We always check our orders before leaving restaurant. Food remains hot by the time we get home (about 20 minutes).
Still convenient after a long day of appointments, shopping, etc and you know you're going to be too tired to cook once you get home.

Bland yellow coloured rice posing as fried rice. Rubbery beef in the beef n brocolli. Mushy spring rolls. And i could go on. No particular bargain either. And the place was chillingly dead, in a desolate mall, and in a bad state of repair. One lonely cook and her grandfather trying to keep the lights on.
