I had originally left a review since I was unhappy with the condition of a game I bought that I couldn’t return because I live out of town. However, the shop quickly responded to my review and offered a refund when I shipped the game back. That was excellent customer service.

The shop has a very impressive selection of vintage Pokémon singles in the case and in binders. Everything is well organized and easy to see and find.

The selection of retro games was also very good. My only issue is that there are games in a case that do not have a visible price, and there are shelves of games that are not alphabetized. Other than that everything else is great.

Although it’s not stuff I’m into personally, the shop also has a lot of TCG and tabletop stuff as well.

He's Quite Knowledgeable With Used Games, I Had Questions About The Authenticity Of Some Other Games I Had Brought With Me And He Had The Answers. Also He Has The Biggest Collection Of NES Games Of Anywhere Around Including Plattsburgh! The Store Has Games Ranging From Atari To NES To SEGA To Modern Games And Everything In Between!. AND Magic The Gathering Cards And Tournys! This place is better than GameStop almost, except that it charges $70 for a used Pokemon Platinum game. But when it's not available anywhere else and if the only store in town that sells such things, you can get away with that. They sell ever console with all of the famous Nostalgic Games in seemingly perfect condition. That sell the different line of Pokemon Cards and Yu-Gi-Oh Cards, along with geeky game based Board Games. They have camera's so you cant overcome their price by stealing them and they welcome disabled people and are conveniently placed in one of the busiest stops you come across upon entering the Town.
