I had originally left a review since I was unhappy with the condition of a game I bought that I couldn’t return because I live out of town. However, the shop quickly responded to my review and offered a refund when I shipped the game back. That was excellent customer service.
The shop has a very impressive selection of vintage Pokémon singles in the case and in binders. Everything is well organized and easy to see and find.
The selection of retro games was also very good. My only issue is that there are games in a case that do not have a visible price, and there are shelves of games that are not alphabetized. Other than that everything else is great.
Although it’s not stuff I’m into personally, the shop also has a lot of TCG and tabletop stuff as well.

But when it's not available anywhere else and if the only store in town that sells such things, you can get away with that. They sell ever console with all of the famous Nostalgic Games in seemingly perfect condition.
