really terrible ... my wife and I and our two kids went for dinner there this past summer. My wife had just been there a few weeks earlier with a larger party during which she had ordered a snapper dish which was a substantial size and she had enjoyed. When we took our kids back there, she and I planned on splitting that fish and then getting a little extra something for me. Well, when the fish arrived, it was about 1/2 the size as the fish that she had been served the prior time. Since we were planning on splitting it, it really took us by surprise. When we mentioned the apparent size discrepancy to the waitress, she just laughed and said no, we were wrong, this is the way it is always served. So then my wife took out her phone because she had actually taken a picture of the dish she had gotten the last time she was there (in fact, 2 or 3 people in her party had ordered that same dish, and the size was always a good size). When we looked at the photo on my wife's phone and compared it to what was in front of her on her plate, the discrepancy was even more jarring. However, instead of acknowledging the blatant size difference, the staff (and a manager who came over) just continued to have the audacity to tell us that no, we were wrong, no, no, no ... no difference ... even when we zoomed in on my wifes phone (a brand new samsung S4 with a very good camera)!!! I mean, seriously, not only were we very disappointed with the change in the portion of the fish they were serving, but when we pointed out the incredibly obvious difference, they just kept telling us that we were wrong!!! Well, we will never go back...

Not to Mention $2.75 for a can of coke… Bottom line there’s two different prices on their website. I simply called to bring it to their attention and got yelled at, was told o was wrong 5 times. Decided to walk over there and show them on my phone. Was once again corrected and told that’s not their website, go out side and scan the QR code. We’ll o did just that only to bright to the SAME EAXCT Site she dined was theirs. Long story short I got my point across but never offered my $4 back ( which I didn’t even want at that point ) but not one simple apology or promise to correct that. Recently they decided to charge me extra for asking to remove an item from a sushi roll that I am allergic to. To clarify, I did not ask to substitute this item with another, I simply asked for it to be not included and they penny picked me in such a pathetic fashion (Dollar extra per roll for no cucumbers). The food is average anyways, I was a returning customer since it was right near my house. Don't bother ordering from here, they don't deserve your service. I would recommend Fuji Mountain, its near by. Some of the best sushi i've ever had and amazing customer service. Benny (the sushi chef) is the nicest guy in the world and has often given us free Kani salads because they value...
