So disappointed… My husband and I were excited to have a new Chipotle close to our house. We’ve ordered three times now and every time our order was either missing items, was incorrect, or the portions were off for typical Chipotle portions.
I ordered hard shell tacos, due to having a gluten intolerance, and was given flour tortillas. After getting home and sitting down to eat, we called Chipotle and were told, “we are out of hard shell tacos and chips.” 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE?! Make some more! So I had no dinner - but they still charged us for the order.
After the second order, we were given free chips and guacamole in the app as rewards but the rewards disappeared shortly after and we unable to use them. Got us again, Chipotle!
The third time we ordered was today, and my husband’s burrito bowl looked like soup. (very gross) He asked for extra beans - not given to him. There was barely any rice in the bowl… It’s a bowl. The base should be rice.

We won’t...

When i went to pay for my delicious meat packed dinner, jackson simply whipped out his man purse and payed my tab in full! along with everyone else’s in the store even the paparazzi HE hired!! After Enjoying my delicious food on the solid gold 248191k throne he crafted by hand for me, jackson personally drove me home in his golf caddy, bought me a new house & helicopter, and even a new family. and to end the night he gave me an amazing foot rub, read me a bed time story and layed a kiss as gentle as a feather falling upon my rosy cheek. until we meet again jacky-poo ❤️ thank you for the best fine dining experience...
Read moreI've been going to the Chipotle on Erie Blvd since it opened with no surprises. Why should I expect anything different from a different location? Let's face it, no one is expecting really good food from any fast food joint, but you are supposed to know what to expect.
What I expected this weekend was a quick salad to go when I stopped at the Chipotle in Fayetteville. What I found was a staff of privileged suburban kids goofing off in the back while one kid worked the line and the register. The result was a slow and disappointing delivery.
The "salad" was a bowl of rice with some beans and a sprinkling of lettuce and meat. The next time I'm in the town center I'll take a few extra minutes and go to Tully's for a...
