I called on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for later that day. I had spoken with Donna and she greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and directed me to a fitting room which was very spacious comfortable and clean. She determined my comfort level and then professionally measured and fitted me. She asked for my style preference and what I was looking for in a bra. From this she returned with 7-8 bras that she helped me with so she could see the fit and form of each one. She explained a bit about each bra. The material, the way it should fit and the placement of the straps and band. From this selection there were a few that were definite ānoāsā but I kept out 5 or so to retry with my shirt to see how they appeared under my clothing and how they would really feel. She was always just a quick call away if I needed anything but the hardest part about my visit was narrowing my selections down. I ended up purchasing 3 bras that averaged about $70 each. This seemed very reasonable to me because they were quality pieces that fit and were comfortable. Being bigger chested I canāt randomly go into a regular store and find anything of quality that provides support and is comfortable and is practical. These bras did all of that and they are pretty as well. They actually have a less padded cup than any other bra Iāve worn yet I feel secure. Itās the first time I havenāt wanted to take my bra off immediately after getting home! This place is a hidden gem and Iām thankful to Donna for taking her time with me. I would definitely recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been coming to this establishment for years because my sisters and mother referred me. I had two bras underwire snap, which one bra was two years old and the other was a year and a half old. When I told the arrogant red haired middle aged woman behind the counter that I took very good care of the bras and used their Forever New soaking solution, she replied, "Well they can break like that if you machine wash them." I corrected her and said, "I just said, I didn't machine wash them. I used the Forever New solution and soaked them, which is what you ladies recommended to me." Then her excuse was that the bras only last a year, two at best. I told her that the bra I bought a year and a half ago that broke was $160, and that's very expensive for only lasting a year and a half. I mentioned how Lane Bryant had bras for $60 and lasted the same amount of time. She said in a smug tone, "Well then maybe you should shop there." I have never had someone in retail or sales encourage me to go to their competitor. I wasn't even looking to get my money back, obviously it had been awhile since I bought the bras. I was looking to get a discount on the next bra I bought OR get a new bra for the two that broke. But you know what, forget this place. I will now discourage my three sisters and mother from going here as well as tell my friends how they treat their customers. They're unprofessional and sell cheap quality bras but mark up the price....
Ā Ā Ā Read morePathetic customer service and poor quality product. I went to speak to the staff as a bra I purchased and hadn't worn many times had the underwire snap in half. The women working, one of whom I believe is the owner, couldn't have been less helpful. No solution or apology was offered so Every Body Bras has not lost just one customer but at least a dozen as I will be sure to let everyone know that this store does not stand behind the quality of its products and is totally lacking in the customer service department. It's much more financially beneficial to find a solution and keep your customers happy and loyal when they experience a problem than it is to find multiple new customers. The photo shows a stick pointing to the snapped underwire. Every body bras is certainly not for everybody!
Updated: The owner claims in a response to my review that the bra purchased 14 months ago is discolored, piled, worn. Since, like most women, I own multiple bras, the total amount of time this bra was worn was a total of several months. A quality bra should last more than several months. The owner is clearly unable or unwilling to acknowledge her pathetic lack of customer service. Incidentally, several dozen people that were your customers are no longer. Much easier and cost effective to keep a customer happy than to find almost 40...
