McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Manlius

I never like to complain. I always stay on the positive side or generally no comment. However this evening,, well tonight about 10:40 I was coming home from a very busy day. I haven't eaten since breakfast. The drive thru had approximately 4 cars in each side of the drive through. I have never waited so long at a McDonald's in my 57 Year's. Even living down south. You get used to them being a little slower. I don't mean any disrespect it's just true. I waited a little over 20 minutes. I wouldn't mind so much of my food was fresh. This seriously was the worst. French fries stone cold. Infact a couple were even hard. My cheese burger was barley warm. I took about two bites it was then cold as well. I just don't understand. What took so long ? Why was my food pulled out from the lamp when I first ordered it or something. Then it must have just sat on the cold counter. If so they need to wait. That truly was disgusting. I would rather of had a cold bowl of cereal when I got home. Or a warm bowl of oatmeal. Sorry to complain... I asked the girl at the window in a polite manner, she never even knew I was upset, because I look at this as it's not her fault... but I asked if many people were complaining or were they being nice. She said *Well most of them are nice, but then again it's Friday night so they already expected I guess." I thought hmm maybe if it were between 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm I don't know about after 10:30...

Came here today. Disgusting. Drive through cashier sneeze on his hand and then ask for my card right after. The lady that gave me my food very very depressing. The nastiest attitude Apple don't fall far from the tree because when I went to get my refund for the uneditable cheeseburger that I got, the manager had it even worse attitude. I don't know what was more disgusting the burger or the manager's attitude. I explained to her what I had ordered and the issue. She then looked inside the bag and said okay. You didn't tell me what you got so. With the nasty is attitude. I had somebody on the phone on my Bluetooth. She didn't know about it until the very end when I told the person to hold up. Even the person on the phone that I was with said that she has issues. It's very bland. The restroom is disgusting. No toilet paper. Poop all over the room smells bad. The floors are full of random stuff, fries, ketchup, etc. Fall hazard. Trash cans are overfield. There's a expose hot wire hanging from the front of their building. I have been a customer here for many years. I know what McDonalds is, Fast Food. My expectations are low. But my last visit surprisingly dropped very low. Everyone knows the pictures of the food on the menu do not represent the end product. But in this case, its was not even remotely close. I was told to drive forward and wait. I'm okay with that. I assumed they would have to make my food fresh. What I received was anything but. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a cheese burger. The Burgers where so flattened the Quarter pounder looked like a regular cheese burger. The meat was in pieces and falling out of the bun and it was burnt and very dry. I worked for McDonalds many years ago when I was young. Everything about the product I was presented with tells me it was very old and stale and sat around. I usually wait not take the time to write a review for fast food, like I stated, its fast food, but this was so horrible I had to write one. I'm over it now, but feel offended I paid for this crap. For the Money they charge now, I question my own choice to order food. I'm glad it happened, just another reminder why I should leave fast food behind altogether. Thank you for the push...
