Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

I've been to this location from time to time. This time we decided to go inside. For this review, it's more about the facilities since we only had coffee and not food. First off, this DD is totally surounded by Main St (Rt52) and their drive through line. So it's almost impossible to get into this building without having to cross some sort of traffic. It's not drastically bad, but not a great design. The layout of the store is different. It's not the roomiest place, but it does have some tables to sit down. The section where we sat had a few tables bunched together. So it can be a little cozy when folks sit at different tables at the same time. This is especially true if the other people are talking on their phone. Folks do not realize how loud they speak when having their private conversations. They had out caution signs even though it was obvious nothing was still wet. They were still there when we left. The place seemed clean, but didn't look it. I know that's kind of hard to explain. The coffee itself, was typical DD decent coffee. Again, we didn't order food. Not a bad DD. Although by far not the best I've been in either. But it is convenient for...

The service is horrible. I decided to use the App to order a cup of iced black coffee since I was going home from Wooster park a few blocks away. So, I park my car because the drive-thru is so poorly designed that I’ll have a cup of coffee and a bill for the rims I’ll have to buy. then, the girl behind the register greets me and I explained that order a coffee through the app and it’s paid for already and the girls starts looking around like she hearing voices so another person approaches us and asked me the same question I responded the same way and then they tell me to hold on, so now we have two girls looking for a cup of coffee and now a third person From behind the counter approach us and hands her a ticket. Etc ...... Personally, I would fire about 4 of the young idiots and hire 2 adults that actually needs jobs. 😞 The story gets longer for just a cup of coffee. 😆 but 😞

I understand times are rough right now. Employees are not showing up for their shift & the employees who do show up maybe they’re not used to the environment. I’m not sure what’s going on but recently the waiting game at Dunkin’ has been a little crazy. It takes a few seconds to order through the drive-thru, you show up to the window and they take your payment, hand you the drink you’ve ordered & then you have to sit there for x amount of minutes waiting for whatever else you’ve ordered. The staff has always been friendly with me. Though I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-thru line for almost 10 minutes waiting for something if there’s more than 4 employees on the same shift. If there’s no one (customers) in the dining area, then everyone’s attention should be helping those at the drive-thru window while an employee is making sure the restaurant is kept clean. I don’t know. Im sure someone will find my comment as a complaint I’m just trying to give a review of my service. I love Dunkin’ & especially the location here in Walden. I just wish the staff would be a little...
