Franco's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

So we eat here pretty often and the food is always good...however we have ordered delivery the last two times and well here it is. The first time me and my wife ordered the same thing the cheese steak Italiano with hot peppers and a side of fries. Not only did both sandwiches come cold and no peppers but they never even brought the fries. Oh and the wait was over an hour for delivery. We contacted them and they refunded the fries. Now about two months later we order again delivery. I ordered the same sandwich with cherry hot peppers wife got a order of fries. Now we wait. After 1 hour of waiting for a sandwich and fries to be delivered my wife calls the girl said well i don't see it so it must be out on delivery and she never even looked or asked anyone. After another 20 minutes I called and could hear someone in the back telling them that this was supposed to go out and when she returned to the phone she said the driver will be there in two minutes and hung up before i could say anything. Sooooo finally we get our food YAY right NOT AT ALL. My sandwich was luke warm at best my cherry hot peppers were instead bell peppers and my bread was soaked in Grease. Then the fries they were so cold they felt like a sponge. Thank goodness we had an air fryer to atleast make them hot again. If you want there food just go in of you order delivery you...

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and two kids went into eat at around 7:30 and their order was promptly taken. Their drinks were brought over relatively quickly and then they didn't see or hear from anybody else until 8:20 when a waitress came over and asked them how their food was. My wife tells her no food has come out yet. Mind you our kids are eight and five, not the most patient bunch, but they managed although my 5-year-old was getting upset because he was hungry. The waitress subsequently went into the kitchen to find out what was happening, another waitress came out 10 or 15 minutes later and said she heard that my wife and kids didn't want to wait for their food anymore. My wife says yes my son's already crying we would just like to pay for our drinks and leave. The waitress says it's fine don't worry about it. Which I guess was their way of apologizing, but they never actually did apologize. Nor did they offer to wrap everything up to go. Terrible service and no actual apology? With two little kids there? Thanks for the free drinks, but none of us will ever go there again. Keeping a waitress on staff that doesn't go back to her tables for 45 minutes to an hour seems...

Went to this pizzeria to celebrate my baby’s first birthday. He was playing with the xylophone baby instrument that he just got as a birthday gift from his uncle. We sat all the way in the back of the restaurant, It was very quiet, no music playing at all and as soon as he starts playing with his toy, give about 5 minutes the manager sent over our waitress and had her tell us that he can’t play with his toy anymore because apparently he’s being to loud the manager says. He’s a baby I don’t know what he expects. At least he wasn’t crying throwing a tantrum which is worst in my opinion. Instead, my baby was trying to play music since there was no music playing at all. (((Once again it wasn’t like we were disturbing any customers. Just apparently only the manager had an issue with it and he didn’t even talk to us personally.))) Just sent over our waitress to tell us on his behalf. Pathetic. 2025 and I can’t even be in peace with my family enjoying a nice dinner. I guess this place isn’t...
