Always delicious and you must get the Nanaimo bars they are divine and the cheese bagels are amazing! They currently require masks so make sure you have one or they should have one available for you. The owner is very sweet and the lady that helps her is very nice too. The newer older lady not so much. She was helpful but she showed us everything in the freezer then walked away so we grabbed only what we wanted and she came back and said we couldn't grab anything out of the freezer and if we could read the sign which was a little rude. We sanitized our hands and wore masks I think we should be able to grab what we want and because of that I didn't get everything I wanted from the freezer. Other than today it has always been a great experience! They also have lunch options to dine in!

I'll say the same thing about "gluten free" that I say about "vegan/vegetarian" dishes - if it tastes good, I don't care what you call it. Here it just plain tastes great - and I'll always appreciate great food. stop here whenever life takes me through Mt. Morris - and I never feel like I'm missing out on flavor or value. If your group includes people with dietary restrictions - you won't be missing out on anything either! Every time I stop here I get something different and it's always been a wonderfully delicious experience! Tequila onions (on a waffle sandwich) was my latest "food-gasm" (the onions were DEEPLY caramelized, one of my favorite ways to have them on a sandwich) - paired below with a Mango Smoothie!

Gluten-free bakeries are hard to find and this wonderful gem in downtown Mt.Morris is worth the drive. The facade is striking, off street parking makes for an easy entrance. Inside you will find several small tables with chairs to enjoy their baked goods, coffee/espresso drinks are offered to accompany. I tried the English muffin, tuxedo cookie and snickerdoodle. Each were delicately delicious, with a light texture and weight, perfect recipes to rival any gluten-free bakery in a large city. Visit this bakery even if you're not gluten-free. It is an amazing find, what an addition to the the regions good scene !

If you're tired of the S.A.D. -- ( fast-food-itis and other menu regulars considered to be of ill-repute by those who actually know something about nutrition and give some modicum of consideration to their dietary choices) -- then do your body a favor and stop by Suzea's for a refreshing change of pace! We discovered this little gem for a late lunch on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and I thought I'd found a little piece of Heaven!! Although the salads were tantalizing, I decided to go with the waffle sandwich after learning the waffles were protein-enriched. Not only was it absolutely delicious, the owner (Leah, sp?) was spot on that I probably wouldn't feel hungry the rest of the day! She has a wealth of knowledge (and degree ) in nutrition and really knows her stuff!!! We also tried the Matcha tea... mine was a latte. They make it properly here, using a bamboo wisk to first obtain a froth, then add the steamed milk. It was good quality Matcha...very smooth, no bitterness. The server was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating (happy to make some modifications to menu items)...all in all, superb! They even took an order out to one of our friends waiting in the car. I took several of the various delectable pastries home for a later treat. I highly recommend the Nainomo bars (luscious chocolatey delights) or the Australian Caramel bars...each so rich that a little goes a long way! If I could clone this place I would, and bring it to my neighborhood so I could be a regular!!! Since you only live once, break away from the mundane, and make it a point to check out this wonderful find. It's easily located in the center of town and has ample parking. They're operational hours are currently Thurs - Sat from 8am - 6pm. Make this your next culinary destination! You'll be...

If you dream of hearing someone verbally abuse employees while eating this is the place for you! Seriously, this was one of the most uncomfortable lunches of my life, which is a pity because the waffle was great. The cashier was very sweet & friendly but seemed nervous, it immediately made sense when she asked the older woman (maybe the owner?) in the back a question and was berated. I have never seen such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. She looked at this young woman and said “are you not able to read?” In the nastiest tone I’ve ever heard. She continued to loudly and rudely criticize the staff during our entire visit. The food was good, but the coffee was awful and I was NOT saying anything at that point. We were so concerned for the cashier, I wanted to tell her to blink twice if she needed help. The older woman made some other odd comments to us and others such as “this kitchen isn’t meant for making food, it’s a bakery” (girl who forced you to sell hot food if it’s so inconvenient??) “you can leave your plates there, we treat you like youre a hazmat area” (I appreciate the sentiment that you care about sanitation but maybe rethink the wording here?).

Even though the food was good, I would never visit again of my own free will. If the young lady working the counter is reading this, girl, you do NOT deserve to be spoken to like that. No job is worth the level of disrespect you’re being shown. You were absolutely lovely and it was apparent you were...

It saddens me to write this review as Suzea’s has great GF food, but I want to warn others as I do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

I bought a small loaf of bread recently. I kept it in my freezer as advised. My boyfriend and I had two slices of PB toast and coffee for breakfast (this is the ONLY thing we had, so we know that it is the bread that made us sick) and within an hour we were both HORRIBLY and violently ill. We had food poisoning for days and had to miss work due to this. When we went to throw the bread away, we discovered the entire bottom of the loaf had black mold all over it.

The owner advised us to keep the bread in the freezer, which we did. So we can’t believe that this occurred in such a short period of time, considering we have frozen GF bread from Aldi and Wegmans in our freezer for way longer periods of time.

To make a long story short….DO NOT...
