Tazza may be okay for something simple, even a complicated drink, but never use them if you have an event, especially a critical one. I pre-ordered and pre-paid (highly) for 3 salads and 3 small desserts to be ready. Yes: one salad was a special order: a complicated order of mixed greens, avacados, egg, feta, goat cheese and ham. I even ordered it with a woman I thought may have been a manager and she said she'd see me at the time requested (7-7:30) because she gets in at 6:30. Since I've had the ball dropped on things being ready when I wanted it, I got there around 8 and they: a: weren't ready; b: didn't have goat cheese (although I suppose if I looked it was on one of the ones in their case) and c: when I mentioned there were small desserts on the order, they couldn't find out which ones when they looked at the slip. While the desserts were in their case and I eventually got them; they asked, "what else" and I honestly couldn't remember, so I ran out the door because I was late (at this point). I hope the person who stopped by to grab something quick from their salad case enjoys the goat cheese more than our guest of honor. Oh and I forgot to say, I called because I was upset, asked for the manager, got a male; said I thought the manager was female and here at 6:30; he dodged the question (which obviously upset me more); so at the point where I said (exact quote - "you didn't even have flipping goat cheese" (yes flipping) he told me he would not listen to this vulgarity and I wasn't welcome to come back. Of course all this because I mentioned (at the beginning of the call) I was upset because the event was for a close friend who lost a son and had her job removed when she returned and then...
Read moreI had the most terrible experience of my life here at Tazza Millwood. I go to this location often and have never had an issue, but today the cashier (older woman with black hair and glasses) treated me with such disrespect that I will never be returning. She refused to use my gift card with a nasty tone of voice stating “I’m not using this, I can’t use this” with a look of disgust on her face and when I gave her my debit card to use, she dropped it back on the counter instead of handing it back to me. I kindly whispered to her and let her know that is not a way to speak to customers and she raised her voice at me saying “you’re the one with the issue giving my multiple cards”. I told her I would never be returning and she said “good, go” while shooing me out with her hands. It was a very horrible way of treating customers that are giving you their business—she was down right nasty. I left my coffee and muffin (already paid for) on the counter and walked out. Food and coffee is great here, along with the other employees, but unfortunately, due to this situation, I will never...
Read moreIt seems that with this location, it depends upon who is working at the time of visit. I usually don't go to this location as I am closer to another but sometimes in the area. Unfortunatley the times I have gone (in the morning) have not been good. There is a very nasty person who is by the register, and I believe also made my drink a while back that she messed up. She barks the prices, and is really not the type of person you would want dealing with people. The first time I was there, the drink really was cold -maybe did not steam enough. When it was remade, it was made with whole milk instead of the original non dairy (I'm lactose intolerent). She was defensive saying how should she remember with other orders. I was standing right there. Then she was vindictive and purposely made my beverage too hot (as I found out when I sipped it in the car almost scalding myself). She said when I left, "is it hot enough for you now" . Why would Tazza employ such a person. I reluctantly went in and now will Never...
