Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

I am duty bound to tell you after throwing up twice...my son and i went here about 30-40 mins ago and it was the filthiest Wendys i have ever been to. As we walked in the garbage can outside the main entrance door was filled, overflowing, and spilled on groumd around it. That should have been our hint to turn around. Upon entering we saw parts of sandwiches on the floor to our right by the employee entrance to lobby. Additionally we saw ciggarrette butts on the front lobby floor as well as general garbage all around on floor and counters. The front counter between us and the cashier had a dirty used straw with chocolate(?) On it...it remained after we walked away after getting our order. Yes..we took our order to go and shouldnt have. We ate on the way home and just a little while ago i have thrown up twice. I called the corporate line as soon as we left and i just called them again to let them know the food made me sick. Think twice before...

7:30 6/11/23 I go through the drive through and mind you I both ordered and paid for a double baconator and a taco salad with a large fry. If you guessed that's what I got you'd be completely wrong! First of all order was missing the baconator I paid for and I called 3x and 3x it went through to a dead line after a very long wait. (They were an absolute dead zone 10min prior) The cashier who handed me my food had FILTHY hands as well. He looked like he just fixed a backed up toilet with his bare hands! I didn't even eat my food it was disgusting and I can't even reach anyone for a refund. I'll be back in for my money back but don't be stupid like me and waste your money here. Save yourself the...

Occasionally I work late and every time I attempt to visit this location, they close early. On this occasion, I waited at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes with cars lining up behind me, said “hello” to the speaker with no response, drove the building, and saw two workers laughing with each other at the window. I then thought maybe my SUV didn’t trigger the drive thru and went back around. A person came over the speaker and said something broke and they were no longer serving food. It was midnight, one hour before close.

On the rare occasion I do get served at this time of night, it is typically by a sour faced employee who does not reciprocate any hellos or how are yous given....
