Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

I gave you guys so many chances but after today there’s no way. DO NOT EAT HERE. I just moved to the area and was starting to regular this Tim Hortons location for breakfast when I began to notice something off. Bits of other food in my meal! My order is always simple, two bagels two hot cocos and for the life of me I can not figure out how you can mess that up. Lets start with the bagels. I can describe them it two words Sloppy and Gross. I often find that the topping is just slapped on in one big chunk. It’s never toasted properly just burnt and cold and to top it all off I ALWAYS have to pick someone else’s meal out of my cream cheese. I’d find lettuce, some type of meat, or parts of other food products in my cream cheese as if someone is using the same knife for all the food. My pregnant gf ate her bagel and immediately vomited. This is insane! Let’s move on to the hot coco. So I’m assuming the hot coco is made from a powered mix and then heated up in water. In addition you guys charge extra for whipped topping. I literally have to check every single time to make sure there’s whipped topping on the drinks because anytime I try to give you the Benifit of the doubt, you disappointed me. Sadly I tried both locations on military Road and they both are just as bad. So I came to the conclusion I’m just going to go to Tops and buy my own god d*mn bagels and hot coco from now on! I’d gladly give them money and make it myself because at least I know that I can make a proper...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO IN THE MIDNIGHT, THE WAIT IS OF 20 MINUTES AND THEY ARE RUDE. Me and my work group have been buying drinks for more than a year. For 3 weeks, since they started a new group at dawn they don't do their job, it's a long wait and they never give the right orders. If they do not want to work GUYS QUIT PLZ, but it is a shame that we spent in a week over $ 120, because we went faithfully every day. I complain to the supervisor of the morning shift supposedly leaving a note with the replacement of the drinks and never appeared. Leave phone number, messages and never answered, it does not matter, of course why they do not spend time or gas and do not spend the abuse I have had. We stop going for the incompetent employees...

Yesterday, I went to pick up 6 powdered donuts from this Tim hortons for my daughter. I asked the lady at the counter if they had any left. She goes, "What do you mean? I've never heard of powdered donuts?" At first, I think she's joking and laugh. But she didn't laugh.... So I explain, confectioner sugar, jelly inside. She said "I'm sorry, I don't know what you are talking about? Ive never heard of powdered donuts." I thought maybe, just maybe, im going crazy. Literally checked Google to see if powdered donuts existed after she gaslight ed me. Got these instead. Still...
