Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Nichols

One of the staff is rude, I didn’t get her name but I can describe her, she’s on a little bit chunky size, missing teeth and curly/wavy hair can’t really tell. Cause she has pony tail and her hair is not fix kinda messy which is gotta not a good sign if your working on a food industry . You should look presentable . What she did is at first she kept me waiting in line before she ask for my order as soon as I gave my order and pay for it. She purposely left and help other people and completely ignore me and let me wait meanwhile there’s a line behind me. When the other staff she’s sweet, skinny and pretty came up to me and she probably notice been standing and waiting for my order. She able to help me and apologize for the wait , as soon as the nice employee handed my order the ride staff look at me and had a smirk smile on her face . I was in line waiting for my food to be made on Monday October 21, 2024 after 10pm. The girl making my food was rude, slamming containers because she had to make food and one of the containers fell on the floor. If you hate your job so much go somewhere else. When I say thank you when your handing the bag of food to me. You say you're welcome. It's a thing called manners we were taught at a young age. This is unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this behavior. There isn't anything wrong with their food. It's just the attitudes of the employees working here that make you feel unwelcome. Didn’t visit them myself, had someone bring a blueberry muffin for me. It was a little crumbly but had a nice flavour and a sufficient amount of blueberries. A little on the sweet side for me, but that’s my taste. Not anything special that I’d go out of my way to get again, but a decent muffin.
