I went in to get my phone screen and battery replaced, and ended up leaving with even bigger issues. What should have been a simple repair turned into a mess. First, I was quoted $100 for ordering the parts and fixing it. When the part arrived, I was suddenly told it was the “wrong one” because of the eSIM — something they should’ve known from the start — and now the cost jumped to $150 for another order.

On top of that, my phone housing ended up needing repairs after their work, making my power button unusable. This just makes me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and I left regretting I ever trusted this place.

Also, be careful with the reviews. I found out he offers free screen protectors in exchange for 5-star reviews, so don’t rely on the ratings here.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere...
