Update 4/17/23 Still the champion at the absolute worst customer service as I walked out yet again as 1 person making sandwhiches and "serving" counter with a dozen or more irate customers waiting, not happy and ultimately leaving with me. How does this location stay open with all the money that waks out in sales is beyond me!!! ZERO STARS

Update 09/08/2022 Still insufferable wait times for simple coffee drinks. 2 registers yet they insist on using only 1 while customer after paying potential customer walks out due to ridiculously long lines. This place Sucks!!!

UPDATE 7/29/2021 WALKED OUT AGAUN AS LINE IS OUT THE DOOR. Cant believe a business let's all this money walk out the door on a regular basis.

Worst store, worst service and worst manager who refuses to use second cash register even if twenty customers are waiting. Corporate office should only know how many customers walk out disgusted and sales they lose hourly. What a disgrace. Love the coffee and the other staff but this is not the first time I have had to walk out and leave cause they are mismanaged and the line is endless to get even just a cup of coffee. Went there this morning for breakfast for myself and daughter and the lady burnt my bagel and bacon, when I got to work and realized. I called and spoke to the manager and she didn’t even care, she just said she would refund me like it was a usual thing for them. She didn’t even care to resolved the problem by training the lady to do better. She just kept saying she would refund me. The principal is not the money lost it’s the fact that I don’t have breakfast and I would’ve had to drive all the way back there for a refund. They need to do better. 7/20/21 Udate Lines out the door using one register when they have two upfront. Understaffed perpetually. How NOT to run a busines. The monies I watch walk out the door daily is staggering. 👎👎👎

6/20 update. Another horror show experience. 11.26a.m and line out the door. Never properly staffed so people walk out and you lose revenue just like I did walked out disgust. Hire more servers!!!
