Quick & convenient — Restaurant in Town of Olean

Management was not helpful at all, very short, careless and dismissive. One of their irresponsible, careless customers drove directly into oncoming traffic, causing a completely avoidable accident. When I asked for their camera footage, they were very dismissive & only cared to return my call days later, ONLY AFTER I posted my review, seems to be the ONLY way to get their attention. Although the footage did not capture the occuring accident. Thanks for the Eventual response, but BASELESSLY placing blame in a potentially life-threatening accident to which you did not yourself witness further proves my point into your carelessness & incompetence. It is your job to provide customer service, Not to place purely opinionated & Baseless blame in situations you are admittedly not yourself witnessed to, nor sufficiently qualified in any way to determine. No One is in any way interested in your personal opinions of what you yourself did not witness. Stick with improving your customer service, and you'd might get a better review reflecting that, instead of wasting time replying to Every Single review since you clearly have way too much time on your hands. The nicest staff and the best capicola toasted I've had.. get it with everything on it definitely get it toasted the lady behind the counter happily said it only takes 30 seconds to toast that roll and it just makes such a difference I think. We've driven past this place several times and have never stopped this summer since moving here in December 2020 we are checking out a lot of local places and we have been happy with everyone of them. This place is definitely the place to go to get a sub looking forward to trying the other items...

I ordered here from DoorDash got the falafel with rice was absolutely disgusting. Rice was ice cold falafel’s blend with no flavor whatsoever half of the plate is salad. I ordered a 12 piece macaroni and cheese bites. They gave me like eight maybe definitely will not be coming here again will recommend all my friends to avoid this place. I took one bite and had to throw the whole plate away...
