As a previous review said, don't go through Oleans to get there. On I-86 take exit 28 to Cuba, NY. Go south then take a right turn on to Haskell road (State Route 6). Easy safe road that takes you straight to the warehouse. Going through Oleans you would have to navigate a dozen roundabouts that are doable but are really too tight for a truck. Add in traffic and you would be making it harder on yourself than necessary. Just use exit 28. Warehouse itself is spacious and easy to maneuver in, employees are great, and unload time...

Our appt was for 6am this morning. We arrived yesterday at 3pm and told to come back at 430am. I called at 4am and no answer but the day before we were told the receive until 11am. At 8am a guy from the store was knocking on our door saying to get to the dock or they won't unload. We arrived at 830am it's 1130am now and still not unloaded. Very tight backing. A guy from the yard told my husband to get out and they had someone else back in. 235 lumper fee...
