I had there tech com out t/o service our commercial Speed Queen set. Parts ordered, work waiting for....I call, WAITED, called again. WAITED . John the "OWNER" got VERY UNPROFESSIONAL( as if the lack of communication wasn't bad enough) and said he wasn't going to work for me. After twelve years as a customer, and having tipped the tech, this is what their service is? Yes...I Will AVOID this owner and his not so family business.
John promised to send an email(STILL NOT RECEIVED) of parts he had and "3" now ordered, then back ordered, he then gave me two false, or none working of other people how might do the work, and told me he would not sell me the parts that "had come in". I was told the length of the warranty was 90 days, and I had reported further issues on day 81. The tech offered to come back and diagnose the problem but needed to talk to "Doug" first.
