We had a great experience At Mattress Express! Keagen spent a couple hours giving us his undivided attention, helping us to choose the mattress that was best for us. He let us take our time as we spent a lot of time just laying on the mattresses trying to figure out which ones were most comfortable. We chose a wonderful Mattress and It was a little bit out of our price range as far as paying cash goes, but we were able to pay what we could and then finance the rest 90 days same as cash!!! Then to type that off, he and his girlfriend delivered And set up the Bedframe, boxsprings, and mattress themselves, The same exact day that we purchased, plus they took away our old mattress! We purchased a lift chair from somewhere else and it was over a week later and no chair and my grandmother has such a difficult time getting out of her old recliner chair that is very low and tired of waiting on her new lift chair to arrive. We could not find another lift chair anywhere at a good price and thought we were stuck waiting on her chair to arrive. I then noticed a post on Facebook that this store Mattress Express located in Portville had lift chairs at at reasonable prices so I decided to stop bye and check out the store. I was very surprised with the kindness and friendly personality of the salesman Keegan. This was a wonderful experience at an amazing price. Normally, I tend to think of most furniture stores the way I would view the claw machine at laser Tron, or perhaps some Carney ring toss game. A sham. A scam. A waste of money with an absurd chance of loss. Well, consider me ashamed of my previous perceptual bias. I was so overwhelmingly mistaken I had to take the time to write this review.

Keegan was not only insanely knowledgeable and helpful, but incredibly perceptive as well. After listening to our babble for a minute he sussed out what we were really looking for. Not only that , but also our preferences as far as firmness or squishiness goes. That isn't just good customer service, that is A game observation.
