Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

Aside from its location being convenient, not many good things to say about this location specifically. I'd rather go a town or 2 or 3 over outta my way, rather than going here. Extremely rare that they get orders right, they've got 1 maybe 2 people behind the counter, come to realize there are 3 or 4 more in the back & don't ever come out to help, but if they do, they come out chewing the left over food in their mouths & wiping their hands on a towel, not even washing them before they touch customers orders. Most of the time if I go there, the only reason I'd go there is cause I'm pressed for time & don't have time to go over the next town to a MUCH BETTER location. Like this particular time I was here, I walked in, saw the line wasn't too long, maybe 3 people ahead of me, but the 1 person behind the counter both at the register & making food & coffee either couldn't get the orders right holding up the line, or she'd ring the customer up & they'd move to where you'd wait for your order & that line would be longer than the line of people who haven't placed orders, which would cause me to just walk outta the store all together. All I can say is I wouldn't recommend going to this location, unless you work there & have some sorta pull & are able to get in, get your order placed, checked out & properly completed without a flaw & get out. Walked in at 6:00pm. My girlfriend and I walked in to buy ourselves something to snack on. The lady mopping ignored us when we greeted her. My girlfriend decided to use the bathroom and I decided to wait in line (there was nobody in line but me.) I am not someone to rush another person from their duties so I waited for about 10min until a white man walks in and she immediately goes to the counter to take their order, ignoring me while I’m still in line. When it was my turn up next she refused to make eye contact with me, having a weird tone the entire time we were here. She was extremely dismissive when there was another person behind me. When I tried to order she very clearly didn’t want to take my order, from the way she immediately looked at the person next to me when I was told there wasn’t anything of what I was looking to order. I’ve always appreciated the convenience of this location - near the high school, on the way to/from a team game etc. The service today, however, was stunningly slow. We pre-ordered beverages and bites before arriving, using the Dunkin’ Donuts app so we could grab and go. Getting our order took 20 minutes AFTER our 5 minute drive to the location. The team seemed clueless as to the online orders being a part of their day. They were non-apologetic about the delays as well and truly seemed they could care less about customer service in any way.
