This is the worst customer service I've had all week. As soon as I come in some lady asks me am I picking up for an online order? I said no but I am picking up. And then she said what was your order? I said I don't know because it was called in by my son. She asked what's his name I gave her the name and then she walks away. And then another person comes up to me and ask am I for Michael who I saw was a GrubHub on their screen. I said no that's not mine and then that person walks away and then a third person comes up and ask are you picking up? I said yes, they asked what am I picking up? Once again, I said idk, don't you go by names here? They said "yes " then I gave my son's name again. Meanwhile his order was there the whole time on the pickup table 6 inches away from me. This tomfoolery went on for 8 minutes and staff kept walking by me and not helping me. So I texted my son and asked him what he ordered. When he told me what it was and I was standing by his order the whole time, I was livid! I texted him "is it paid for? " he said no, I counted out the exact change and then another man walked up to the register and then started speaking Spanish to another girl that came and she asked me for the name again and I repeated it and then she looks stunned and says we don't have the order and so I said yes you do. I put the money down and he goes oh this is her order and he rips the tag off of my bag, for what, I don't know. I take the bag he takes the tag receipt and I walk out. Aug 2023, came here for Breakfast which was ok. They are renovating the inside of the restaurant, and in my opinion it needs to be renovated. First of all most of the wooden tables have a permanent stickiness to them. When you tried to move the paper placemats they did not move. Honestly, it was too funny we were thinking if we sat at the table long enough we would stick to the table. The service was fine,and food came out quickly. I wanted to order one Pouched Egg and I was told I couldn’t order one Egg, I had to order Two Eggs. I thought that was strange, I never heard that I couldn’t order one Egg. The Pouch Eggs were ok, and came with Home Fries and an English Muffin. Plus the service was fast. Honestly, i am not sure if I would go back for Breakfast especially since I could not order...

Well 1st off there was plenty of parking by the time I arrived. I was nicely greeted and immediately seated by the staff.
Nancy my waitress was quick to take my drink order. As part of my brunch I ordered coffee, and a large freshly squeezed Orange juice.
She was hesitant to let me know their commercial grade juicer wasn't working but I guess she sensed I really wanted it and took the order anyway as she pointed out it was gonna be pretty much squeezed by hand.
After getting my beverages I ordered my food and when it arrived it was not at all disappointing. In fact it was quite delicious and enjoyable.
However I do have to say that the "stars of the show" were both my Orange juice and my waitress for going out of her way for me. Thanks Nancy...you'll see me...
