Woohoo!!! The BEST! I’ve passed by the food truck in Tappan and have been curious to see if they offered anything gluten free. The reviews online looked good so tonight I gave it a try and ordered dinner to go. My husband and I both have celiac disease. Noco is not a gluten free facility but are mindful to do their best to prevent cross-contamination. They have gluten-free buns and french fries (fried in a safe fryer)! We had the weekly special - French Dip (on a Gf bun) with au jus (on the side) and the fries with Parmesan cheese. My husband & I don’t always agree about food but we both LOVED it all! He had his sandwich without the dip & I had mine with. I had my fries with ketchup & he had his without anything additional. We highly recommend stopping by to eat outside at the picnic tables or to place an order to go. They have heat lamp for when the weather gets cooler too! They only thing different that we’d suggest to them is to offer the French Dip on the regular menu because it is too good! This place offers great food - whether you are gluten free or not. And they are extremely friendly & it is in a...
Read moreWhile planning our wedding, multiple people recommended Noco for catering. After hearing their name come up so often, I decided to stop by and try the food for myself and I’m so glad I did.
The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through the catering menu, offering helpful suggestions and making sure I understood all of my options. After dining in, it was an easy decision: Noco was going to cater our wedding.
The food on wedding day really exceeded what were high expectations. Our guests raved about everything, and many of them asked for the name of the caterer. The mac and cheese, wings, ribs, and flank steak were all hits—but the corn soufflé stole the show. I was originally planning to go with the cornbread bites, but one of the gentlemen at the restaurant suggested the corn soufflé instead. That recommendation was spot-on as it ended up being everyone’s favorite dish.
Noco serves the best BBQ I’ve had in Rockland County, hands down. Whether you’re dining in or looking for a caterer, I can’t recommend...
Read moreI went to NoCo with my cousin because it was in Old Tappan and close to his house. Well, NoCo blew us away! The BBQ Nachos were spectacular; large, delicious, full of cheese and meat and sauce and onions in the most perfect proportions. The sides were great and the corn souffle was to die for; savory and sweet and I want some right now since I'm thinking about it. My cousin had a hamburger and it was just right with full, fresh toppings. There is also a full bar, which is nice because BBQ and beer is just a match made in heaven.
So, great food at good prices is a must, but how was the service? The service was fantastic; attentive and thoughtful. It's a very small place and you feel like you're visiting a cozy establishment, in the best way.
On the way out, I was told, "Thanks for coming. Come see us again." And my answer was, "You better believe I will come back! It's...
