JK Ryan’s Pub and Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

I have been coming to this restaurant even before it changed hands and was Morgan’s steakhouse. The food has always been great and the staff always nice. This is why I am upset I have to give a bad review. We enter the restaurant at approximately 6:50 PM and the whole time we felt rushed. Granted, the food came out fast but the minute my husband was done eating they snatched the plate up and made a comment towards me about “oh I see you’re still eating.” Now I felt rushed to eat. I even made a comment to my husband how I felt rushed to eat and as soon as I was done eating, my plate got snatched up and the check was given to us without being asked if we wanted dessert. I even made a comment to my waiter that I felt like I was being rushed . He apologized, but I felt like it was not legitimate. We were in and out of the restaurant in approximately 30 minutes and I couldn’t even finish my drink. I did give. 20% tip but I usually tip 25%. Very...

After hearing so much about them.. I’ve been wanting to try out Morgan’s since the new owners took over. Besides Neil and Amy being super warm and welcoming…. The food was exactly what we were hoping for. The kids LOVED the wings and pizza… I, myself had the cauliflower pizza (you would never know it was cauliflower crust). The apps were amazing… along with the steak sandwich, cottage pie and chicken Americano. My parents (who are often hard to please, lol) declared Morgan’s “their new spot”. And boy are they loyal to their favorite local restaurants. They have the cutest outdoor area (beer garden) with lights, tv’s and games. It truly feels like home when you’re there… and the owners make you feel like family. Go. Bring the entire family. You will be looking forward to...

We noticed Morgans when we went to pick up pizza on the same street. We live in the area for 20 years and never knew it was there so we decided to look it up. My husband and I went last weekfor dinner. We ate outside. It was such a beautiful evening. The food was good the atmosphere was relaxing the staff was friendly and they made you feel at home. The menu is limited but eveything we ate was delicious. OMG the chicken wings were excellent. We had barbecue. We both had a dinner 2 glasses of wine and ice tea. The prices are good too.
