Read moreI was very unhappy with my trip there! I went for my birthday, which was on Easter, I walk inside to buy my ticket and the two girls that were working, were covering their microphones to talk amongst themselves, and being very rude with their stares while we waited for our other friends! When we finally went to buy our ticket, the girl was extremely short with us and very rude and made my husband and I feel completely stupid because we did not know how the seating arrangements worked. She answered all of our questions with a very rude snare. I then went in and talked to "the guy in charge" to tell him about my experience. The man literally laughed at my husband and I and said, "Well looks like I am going to have to have a talk with her". "The man in charge" and another male worker stood there laughing at us once again, as if getting treated like crap for the THIRD time was acceptable!!! We had gone to the Dipson Theatre a week prior to this, and did not get treated like this what so ever. We debated on what Theatre to go to and I am very disappointed that we gave you guys our business!! Thanks for ruining my birthday and Easter and not caring one bit about your customers!! I was unable to even enjoy the movie from being so mad and upset from YOUR staff members!!!!!!! That was literally THE WORST 70$ I could have ever spent my money on!! I went out for a night of fun, and instead I got BULLIED by the working staff! Not cool!! This doesn't even deserve a star, but you have to high light one to be able to post anything!! And don't even get me started on the highly overpriced food and tickets!! I spent 25$ for four tickets a large popcorn and two large drinks at the Dipson Theatre, here, I spent 25$ for just two tickets to even see the movie! So I paid about 100$ to get treated like crap on my birthday/Easter!! That is seriously not...
Read moreThis is the second time I've been to a late movie at the regal with a HORRIBLE experience! Why are there no workers coming in to check the theater rooms??? Apparently you need to hire people to sit in the theater room to babysit the ignorant trash that comes to the movies just to be a nuisance to others who paid to watch a movie! There we absolutely no workers in sight when I left to even complain to. Throughout the whole movie all I heard was the GROUP of young kids laughing out loud and carrying on their stupid conversations out loud as if other people weren't there. Then the people behind me who also spent the time doing nothing but talk out loud. Last but not least, the group of kids that kept running and stomping purposely in and out of the theater while laughing. Absolute nightmare for people like me who paid money to actually come...
