Briarcliff Market & Deli — Restaurant in Town of Ossining

As I entered, I was greeted by a kind young lady at the register who asked me for my order and as she started preparing it, a woman, whom I believe to be the owner, jumped in abruptly, told me to move to the other end of the store "this is where the line begins Hon" (she seemed really annoyed) and made me repeat my order. She was rude to the young lady at the register for taking my order to whom I asked whether I had jumped ahead of the line and she said "no". The woman kept calling me HON, which I find unprofessional and somewhat low class. I could tell that the young lady at the cash register was taken aback from the woman's attitude and I think she wanted to apologize but could not. In terms of the food, it was ok but at that point I did not want to eat it and I will not patronize this deli again. If you use Uber eats, be careful, don’t order from “sunny & fines breakfast burrito” because for some reason that’s the name listed on Uber eats, not the actual name “Briarcliff Market & Deli” I had to do some digging to figure out where my order actually came from, not only was that the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life, there was no beans in it, which wasn’t a request, it was literally posted as what comes in the south of the boarder burrito, and when I called to say they had forgotten that, the woman told me oh they don’t have beans and when I asked why they had that listed as a menu item then she said oh I don’t know it’s my boss. 20 dollars wasted because the fruit salad on the side I ordered was literally just a small bowl of strawberries. I just went to Briarcliff Market and Deli and ordered a chicken cutlet, bacon, ranch, avocado sandwich ... waited 20 minutes and received a roast beef and bacon sandwich with no sauce on a wedge. Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed and upset with the mixup and service at this miserable place. Would’ve given 5 stars if I had received the correct sandwich as I was STARVING!!!
