My family and I are loyal customers and consistently enjoy your pizzas. However, during a recent pick-up order today, we encountered an issue that left us quite disappointed. Our order was incomplete due to an oversight during the phone order process. Furthermore, we witnessed a staff member (same girl who took my order) handling pizza slices directly with their bare hands, then placing them into a box for another customer. This lack of hygiene was deeply concerning and unsanitary.
We understand that mistakes happen, but this incident raises serious concerns about both order accuracy and food safety protocols. We kindly request your attention to these matters to prevent similar situations in the future. Phil has spent time to hear out my ‘issues!’ I’ve been several times since our first convo. I am so pleased with the Arugula/Prosciutto pizza and just tonight with the Rigatoni Ragusa. The kitchen understands my ‘allergies’ and is always accommodating. And the staff (especially Juan Carlos) is amazing. I didn’t ask the name of my young server tonight, but he was clearly well trained. Customer satisfaction is key and they do it well. And while I don’t mean to be difficult, I have special issues. plus I am 100% Italian (born and raised) so I am not your Olive Garden customer and like Marcella Hazan I “abhor the overuse of garlic!” These guys know what they are doing! The kitchen staff deals well with dietary restrictions/preferences. The owner, Phil, is often present and has specials every week, Friday through Thursday. Weekly specials usually include appetizer options, and pasta, meat and fish entree options. The extensive menu includes not only Italian staples, but also burger and sandwich options, with fries that stay crispy.
