Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Ossining

This Carvel location is walking distance from where I live. On a few occasions, the listing says closing is at 10, and they were cleaned up and closed before that. Because we decided to get ice cream tonight, my husband got there 20 minutes before closing, and the “closed” sign was already up, and the young person in the store, had cleaned up. This has happened on more than one occasion. We have also had situations where the person behind the counter, was not too nice.

Don't trust this store. I ordered a $40 order on GrubHub to only get 1 single scoop ice cream delivered. No emails, text or call was made. When I called Carvel they worker said they " updated the app with the new items out of stock with grub hub so you won't be charged" LIES!! I was charged my full $40 order and a $6.99 delivery charge for a single scoop of ice cream!!!
