Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every single day 2 to 3 times a day the 15-year-old girl working on Saturday, November 4 for the night shift closing really needs an attitude check. She keeps arguing with me every night that I’m there because I get there at 9 to 915 and they try to close the door at 9 o’clock when they close at 9:30 on Saturdays I hear her all the time calling Black people, Nager’s. I hear her all the time constantly degrading customers being rude. This girl should not be working there. This girl needs to get fired and be in a Boot Camp for obedience, because she was obviously mentally deranged the fact that she keeps arguing with regular good customers I wish John the boss would actually take this seriously and get rid of her and hire someone else. I am actually not coming to this Dunkin anymore I gave a lot of business to this Dunkin’ Donuts 2 to 3 times a day every day for the last year that I moved over here and nothing has changed if anything she’s gotten too comfortable and it’s gotten worse because she constantly argues and curses at me and is never reprimanded for it. Why is the Dunkin’ being closed at 9 o’clock when it closes at 9:30 everybody’s pulling up in their cars, expecting to get their nightly coffee or their nightly fix of a suite and she’s locking the door and ignoring people. Throwing out goods, donuts, coffee iced tea, food, croissants, bagels I see them throwing everything out a half hour before when they’re still perfectly fresh and can be sold to the people that are driving up when they’re closing early this Duncan and this 15 year old girl that was working tonight hasn’t even abused old people with her verbally assault words and attitude and multiple times she has given me the wrong change and then gets nasty with me about it when...

So I am a frequent 2-3 time a day customer, at this location specifically, im a neighborhood resident for 15+ years and i have held my tongue about these 2 girls for a while since they hired these 2 young girls in order to identify these 2 girls they were working sept 1st 2023 at 2:30 pm and they also have a friend that frequently comes in the store and hangs out with them while they are working which has shown me a few times that they have clearly been distracted and care more about hanging out and being on their phones rather than listening to customers and executing orders like they should be . they are constantly talking about customers in a down way making me and others i have spoken to feel very uncomfortable . we want to feel welcomed in our community dunkin and these 2 girls make it a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME its really ridiculous that they behave in...

Coffee always fresh and made how you like it perfectly. Everyone there is so friendly and always have a smile for you. I started asking for them to make me their favorite drinks and let me tell you they did not disappoint. It got me out of my coffee rut and tried flavors I normally wouldn't try.
