Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Very bad experience at this location this morning. I walked in and wished good morning to a person behind the counter..he just nodded and went about doing his work. Another gentleman walked up after me and this person behind the counter greets him by name and starts getting his usual order ready. I was surprised and told him that I was there before him. He then tells me "sorry I thought you were Ubereats". In a state like New York, where you have a place open to public, how can you as a food service employee make assumptions? I came to this Dunkin Donuts instead of the one on 203 Broadhollow road(which is closer but the service is prison quality) I usually get a matcha latte with additional scoops of matcha powder and the staff here accommodated to my request without any hassle which I appreciate. The speed of their service is above average but I find the quality of the food provided to be more important and they did just that, the croissant sandwich and drinks were made perfectly. The staff member (I think it was the manager) who was helping me gave me her utmost attention with my order and any questions that I had. Keep up the good work ladies.
