Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Food is ok, service is fine. I gave one star because one day I ordered and waited for 10 minutes when everyone after me got their order. I still patiently waited until barista asked me if I was waiting anything, apparently they forgot about my order. This is not the part where I was upset, I waited for another 3 minutes while they made the drink. They called “large iced cappuccino” and I didn’t hear it at first because I was texting to my husband telling him I was running late. The barista said to me in a very firm voice “keep you phone on the side please”. Clean with lots of parking in the lot. They are always friendly especially to kids; sometimes even offering them a munchkin each. They have prepacked ice cream in the fridges as well but there are no other ice cream in this location - just dunkin.
