New Kam Fong — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This is the worse Chinese food place I have ever ever had . I’m guessing it’s family owned bc the mom always has an attitude and her kids , which look like one is 10 years old is at the register with attitude and a 13 years old is the one cooking , I walked in and the cook ,the 13 year old was on his phone touching his feet , didn’t even washed his hand went to the kitchen and was ready to prepare my rice touching all the ingredients. when I asked the mom if the kid was making my food with an attitude said yea and ? I immediately left . I had being here once and the rice had no flavor the boneless ribs had a weird taste and this time I decided to come back and try the chicken wings but soon as I noticed this . I left . Will never step a foot In that place plus the prices are outrageous. Someone has to look into this I don’t think kids should be cooking In the back , I kinda understand the register but not...

There is no way to describe this place other than rude and gross. I placed a order via telephone, when i called i asked what the lunch special comes with.The man on the other side of the line said "No lunch special, what you want?" I thought that was rude, but shrugged it off and placed my order. I arrived to pick up my food 5 minutes later and upon second inspection of the menu there was a lunch special, basically they wanted to rob me of the lunch special. I didn't make a big deal about it just paid and left. Now to the food. I was straight up nasty, I ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. The chicken was rubbery and as I bit into one piece of the chicken i tasted an overwhelming flavor of rankness and sourness. I spit the chicken into my napkin and dumped the entire dish. Idk iv been eating here for 5yrs now on a weekly and sometimes daily basis 1 NEVER been sick not in the slightest 2 always got what i ordered on point there dim sum is awesome btw as is all of there food 3 the Ladie on the phone sounds like she is mad but she is not she always answers my call with "hello my friend" and remembers my preferences so idk what all these other people are...
