Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This Dunkin is absolute garbage. I’ve been coming here for 2 months and realized how horrible workers are treated. I will be in line ordering and witness workers be yelled at by there coworkers and being disrespectful and rude. I can see the sexism play here when the men and female are doing completely different jobs when it should be equal work. I walk in and feel the tension and toxic environment immediately and sometimes question if I should walk out and switch my local Dunkin. Sunday morning july 2nd 8:30 am. I ordered a butter pecan swirl like the picture said. They had no whip cream or caramel or crunches on it. I asked them to correct it. They had to charge me extra,and said it was the signature one i wanted. I said the picture doesn't say that. So they gave me attitude. Charged me extra for the way its suppose to be made. The two lady were nasty and rude. So i treated them the same way. Why cant people just do the job the correct way. Its not rocket science people. Customers are the reason you have a job. not impressed with this location,. they sell their munchkins 15 cents higher than other DD in area, they never ever have given me my order with a smile and if there's a small line, they start asking you for your order when you're still 10 feet away b/c 2 other custumers are still in front of you trying to pay for their orders. Then they can't hear me and get the order wrong. Terrible. The DD by the LIRR station is waaaay better in terms of service and price.
