I know this place just opened up last week so I am going to give it another chance, but the food was a disappointment. Drinks were good, a little on the sweet side but not bad.
Dynamite club sandwich: 1/10. There wasn't any chicken on here. For something that's $13.99 there was only lettuce tomato and cheese. Please do not deceive customers and barely put any chicken.
Papdi aloo chaat: 3/10. Taste was ok, seemed like it was using fresh ingredients. The only thing that turned me off was there was small chunks of stale French fries in the chaat. It seemed like they were re-purposing left over fries. Did not like that.
Karak chai: 7/10. I am not a big chai person but this was good. A little too sweet but I think you can adjust sweetness level.
Tiramisu shake: 7/10. This was refreshing.
We also took home, Chicken tikka flat bread: 7/10. Decent amount of chicken. Good mix with cheese veggies and sauce. Not bad.
Dynamite chicken burger: 3/10. Kind of deceiving. The picture on the menu does not represent what you actually get so be cautious. It's basically two small tenders cut up in half on a bun with some sauce.
Service: 5/10. The people working here are nice and friendly. They are the mercy of how busy it gets but the kitchen really needs to speed things up. Myself and other customers I noticed waited an hour for their order. I saw several people go up to the counter to ask how more long it was going to take for their food and drinks.
Atmosphere: 6/10. It can get very loud and busy here so plan accordingly. We got there just when it opened so we had a comfortable table. There was an employee who was cleaning up often so I...
Read moreThis place just needs a little time to get on track — they’re clearly overcrowded and overwhelmed right now, but you can tell the team especially the partner/owners are trying their best and the food honestly speaks for itself. People come and give negative reviews as if it’s a piece of cake running an establishment like this; while having no experience whatsoever about the business.
Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from because everything I’ve tried here has been amazing. The cheeseburger is absolutely delicious, the dynamite flatbread is super cheesy and full of flavor, and the foodles are to die for 🤤. And the karak chai? Perfect — it’s literally the exact taste from Dubai.
There really aren’t any other spots like this where you can grab a quick bite with chai. The vibe is great, food is consistent, and the menu has something for everyone.
If I had to suggest one thing — maybe have an express checkout for “drinks only” so people just stopping by for chai or coffee don’t have to wait in the main line.
As for the prices — they’re very reasonable. Not too expensive, not too cheap. Honestly don’t get the complaints when people pay $10 for a latte at other franchises without thinking twice.
Overall, can’t beat this place. Great food, great chai, great setup — and parking is never an issue in the plaza either. Will definitely be coming back again...
Read moreFinally a good Pakistani/desi chai in the area. They are still working to get use to the insane craziness of accommodating huge crowds of people because they just opened, but they are getting a hang of it.
Love the staff, they are doing their best to serve everyone. Their flatbread items are really good. Butter chicken noodles are surprisingly pleasant. I am looking forward to the club sandwiches, which they did not have when I went.
From what I've heard: Most of the negative reviews and publicity that they are getting is due to them charging food bloggers for their orders. The bloggers felt that they were entitled to free food, but instead had to pay for once. They got upset and some gave this place bad reviews. For one, I am even more of fan of Filli now, they have morals and self respect. I will be going there a lot more because of this. Great job, keep it up.
Give free food to people in Palestine and Gaza, not these bloggers....
