Could not understand, English! Not to mention she had to look back at the menu board to follow recipe. Her English was terrible. I felt uncomfortable because I could not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her 3 times to repeat what she just said. I finally just said: yes, sure, yes… I felt so bad ..plus she seemed to not really have a clue .. especially in English. Sandwich was delicious… but this lady clearly doesn’t belong in the front talking to customers. It stunk, frustrating as well. Don’t think I’d return to that location. Not the servers fault, someone /manager hired the wrong person to serve the customers. I’m sure she’s very nice…. However… management should go back look at the tape of her taking orders…..you’ll see that most people have no clue what she asks them…no one clearly 100% could answer her random standard questions. I received the wrong salad and dressing on my sub, and there was a noticeable lack of meat. Beyond the order inaccuracies, I was particularly alarmed by the lack of hygiene. The individual preparing my food was not wearing gloves and was touching food directly with their bare hands without any apparent hand washing. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. The combination of inattentive service and unsanitary food preparation makes for a very poor customer experience. Read moreVery bad customer service. Today i went to get a veggie delight which i paid $10 for it. She was on the call talking in Punjabi back home while making my sandwich. She did not put half of the stuff and she gave me wrong sauce on my sandwich when i told her she was like Oh.. I will give you a free Cookie. Which she never gave me. So I decided to put review on her so guys make sure when you place your order. I mean if you are allergic to something then be very careful with this place.
