Hunt Enterprises, Inc. is responsible for the Plainview NY McDonald's that is located at 818 Old Country Rd in Plainview NY. I had an issue with this location back in August of 2024. I completed the online survey and expressed my concerns on the McDonald's website. I indicated that I would like a manager to contact me. Two weeks go by and nothing, so I submit the same online feedback form. Another two weeks go by and nothing. Let me note that I've had previous issues at this location and have the contact information of one of the Administrative Assistants, Stephany Hernandez-Martinez. I wrote to her and explained my situation and asked if she could put me in touch with an executive, district manager, anyone. A week goes by and nothing. I wrote another follow up email and still no response back. If her email address was invalid or wrong, I would have received a bounce-back, but never did, so I know it's an active email account. I guess this is the only way to get someone to actually contact you back! I highly doubt anyone will get back to me but when the next person finds this review it will make them feel better because they are not alone with the poor and unprofessional customer service from Hunt Enterprises, Inc. and the management staff of the Plainview, NY...

We visited 818 Old Country Rd in Plainview Ny tonight at 8pm the place was in such a state of disgust! There were 4 in total customers sitting in the dining area no one in line and myself using yhe Kiosk to place my order. I then used the bathroom which was so disgusting!! 2 of the stalls were absolutely gross. They both had urine on them and there was toilet paper everywhere. This bathroom was definitely not tended to in you could tell many hours! The dining area was just as disgusting. The tables were so dirty and trash was left on them. The floors were unswept and mopped. There was sticky areas and liquid on the floor. Yhe trash bins were so full and literally over flowing. The employees that were working were actually working but a couple of them were just standing around. The gentleman that gave us our food was barely professional. He mumbled our order and just left the bag. Thank God it was to go because I would never stay in a place like that and to be honest I was leary about even eating the food coming from a place that looked the way it did. Poor management and poor work ethics on everyone's part. I will never set foot in that...
